Role Overview
As an Associate – Control Tower – Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing bus scheduling, overseeing fleet operations, and making customer-facing decisions. You will serve as the central point of contact during operational contingencies, analyze data to support decision-making, coordinate fleet launches with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to improving operational processes through structured workflows and the effective use of AI-powered productivity tools.
Role Responsibilities
Bus Scheduling & Fleet Operations

Manage and modify bus schedules to optimize operational efficiency.

Centrally oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cityflo fleet.
Customer Experience

Make operational decisions that directly impact customers and ensure timely communication.

Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Contingency Management
-
Act as the central point of contact during operational contingencies.

Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams to resolve issues promptly.
Data Analysis & Decision Making

Fetch, analyze, and interpret operational data.

Generate actionable insights to support business and operational decisions.
Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate fleet launches with multiple internal stakeholders.

Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of operational initiatives.
Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement efficient workflows.

Document and maintain SOPs and process guidelines for Control Tower operations.

Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and routine operational tasks.

Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
