**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role. * Currently working at a product\-based company. * Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. * Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications. * Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture. * Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. * Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalability. * Experience integrating third\-party APIs and AI\-powered services is a plus. * Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, state management, and responsive design. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
**Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications. * Build intuitive and high\-performance user experiences using React. * Develop secure and reliable backend services using Node.js and Express. * Design and optimize APIs, databases, and application architecture. * Collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to deliver customer\-focused solutions. * Integrate AI capabilities into product workflows and user experiences. * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-tested code. * Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability. * Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision\-making. * Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues when required. * Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and development standards.
