Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for wedding planning and event services.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Create audience targeting strategies, including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and remarketing.
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs like CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and time management.
Preferred
- Experience working with wedding, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
- Portfolio or case studies showing successful lead generation campaigns.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
