About the Role
Join a legal technology company building contract intelligence solutions for businesses. You will own full-cycle sales across the DACH market, helping German mid-market organizations improve how they manage contracts.
What You'll Do

Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based sales.

Run sales cycles from initial outreach through discovery, negotiation, and signed contract.

Engage decision-makers across business leadership, legal, procurement, and operations teams.

Develop relationships with mid-market accounts across Germany and the broader DACH region.
What We're Looking For

Three to six years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or senior Sales Development Representative.

Demonstrated full-cycle closing experience, including personally taking outbound opportunities through to contract.

Fluent German at native or C2 level, with experience selling in the DACH market.

Experience selling to mid-market businesses, ideally to legal, procurement, or operations teams.

Outbound or account-based sales experience; experience building sales development or outbound processes is a plus.

Legal technology, contract management, early-stage startup, or German B2B SaaS scaleup experience is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is €80,000 to €82,000 annually, with OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) of €160,000. Equity is included. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
