About the Role
This is a high-ownership role at an early-stage AI startup operating in the sea and air freight industry. You'll own the full deployment lifecycle for AI agents at enterprise freight forwarders — from signed contract through go-live, hypercare, and scaled rollout — and the playbooks you build will become the foundation for onboarding future customers at scale.
What You'll Do
-
Lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, managing kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout phases.
-
Map customer workflows and configure AI agents by working directly with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.
-
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate system integrations in close partnership with engineering and product.
-
Feed customer insights back to the product team to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvements.
-
Build repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that compress time-to-value and enable the team to scale.
-
Drive change management and operator training to turn skeptical end-users into confident AI champions.
What We're Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management — ideally within enterprise software or AI products in B2B environments.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end deployment lifecycles in complex enterprise settings.
-
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, and system integrations.
-
Proven track record navigating complex organizations, building stakeholder trust, and driving consensus across operations, IT, and business teams.
-
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and produce clear documentation and training materials.
-
Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong plus.
-
Local work authorization required — visa sponsorship is not available.
-
Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or hands-on software development is a valuable bonus.
-
Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is an asset but not required.
-
Experience designing change management programs or operator training initiatives is a plus.
