About the Role
As the first commercial hire at an early-stage regulatory compliance software company, you will shape go-to-market strategy and build the sales organization. You will help bring an AI-powered platform to manufacturers and retailers across Europe.
What You'll Do

Develop and own go-to-market and pricing strategy while building the sales organization.

Generate demand through events, content marketing, and webinars.

Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead qualification and introductory calls through deal closure.

Partner with product and engineering to support customer engagements and share market insights that inform the roadmap.
What We're Looking For

3 or more years of relevant experience in software or SaaS sales.

Experience owning the full B2B sales cycle and building or scaling a sales team.

Experience generating demand through events, content marketing, or webinars.

Daily use of AI tools as part of your core workflow.

Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfort with business tools and materials such as Excel, PowerPoint, sales decks, and white papers.

B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or RegTech experience is a plus; marketing or creative skills, such as video production, are also valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €95,000 to €105,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
