About the Role
Join a small, fast-growing go-to-market team at a seed-stage AI-enabled wholesale SaaS company. You will build prospecting and sales practices for an underserved industry, helping bring AI-powered tools to wholesale businesses while contributing to early company-building and cross-functional decisions.
What You'll Do

Manage prospecting from outreach through closing, using phone, email, and social media to engage wholesale decision-makers.

Test and improve outbound and inbound lead-generation approaches, quickly refining what works.

Build expertise in the product, wholesale market, and customer needs to lead persuasive conversations.

Research B2B prospects independently and create effective sales materials and presentations.

Write and refine call scripts and communication templates, then share learnings through internal training.

Identify and use AI tools to work efficiently and experiment with new approaches.

Help shape sales messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer-facing processes.
What We're Looking For

Relevant experience range is 0 to 7 years. Prior startup experience and a background in business development or sales are required.

Some initial SaaS sales experience and comfort with outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels.

German proficiency at C1 level or higher, plus excellent written and spoken English.

Interest in technology, AI tools, or the industrial and wholesale sector.

Ability to research customers independently and create compelling sales materials.

Strong customer-facing communication, persuasion, reliability, resilience, and a goal-oriented approach.

This is a fully on-site role in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
