About the Role
Join an AI-powered procurement technology company as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founders and team. You will turn strategic priorities into action, strengthen go-to-market execution, and build the systems needed to support the company's growth.
What You'll Do

Drive high-priority initiatives from strategic decisions through execution, helping the founders focus on the most impactful work.

Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation.

Develop operational processes and tools for reporting, vendor management, and internal coordination.

Identify useful AI tools, run experiments, and support adoption across company functions.

Lead cross-functional projects, including market analysis, competitive positioning, pricing, and partnerships.

Communicate key decisions and keep teams aligned so initiatives continue to move forward.
What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.

Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their practical capabilities.

Fluency in both German and English.

Interest in AI-enabled software and procurement technology; prior experience in the sector is not specified as a requirement.
