About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Growth team at a fast-moving, remote-first fintech startup building global business identity infrastructure. As Content Lead, you'll own the company's voice end-to-end — from founder-led LinkedIn strategy to long-form thought leadership — and work directly with leadership to shape how the brand reaches and resonates with its buyers.
What You'll Do
-
Ghostwrite and manage founders' LinkedIn presence, turning their thinking and customer conversations into posts that sound authentically like them.
-
Own the company's LinkedIn strategy and content cadence, optimising for attention, conversation, and conversion.
-
Produce long-form content — blogs, white papers, and case studies — that establishes credible thought leadership in the space.
-
Guard brand voice and tone across all published channels, including the website, press releases, and social media.
-
Extract raw material directly from founder conversations and customer insights rather than waiting for detailed briefs.
What We're Looking For
-
3–8 years of experience in content, copywriting, or communications roles with a strong portfolio of compelling copy.
-
Proven ability to write convincingly in someone else's voice — through executive ghostwriting, managing a founder's social presence, or comparable work.
-
Deep, hands-on expertise with LinkedIn as a content channel: engagement mechanics, conversion patterns, and audience building.
-
Experience writing long-form content including blogs, white papers, and case studies.
-
Track record developing and maintaining brand voice and tone guidelines across multiple formats and channels.
-
Self-directed working style — comfortable shaping narratives from raw conversations with minimal briefs.
-
Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity/compliance domains is a strong plus.
-
Prior experience working directly with founders or C-level executives on content and communications is advantageous.
