About the Role
Own content marketing for the German-speaking market at a fast-growing B2B software company focused on AI-powered business communications. You will shape the brand voice across the customer journey and help businesses understand and trust AI-driven phone solutions.
What You'll Do

Own content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.

Define brand voice across the customer journey and manage website and landing page copy.

Write conversion-focused copy for paid marketing channels.

Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms.

Develop and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.

Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.

Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to improve messaging.

Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.
What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.

Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment.

Native-level German proficiency and outstanding German marketing writing skills, plus fluent English.

Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.

Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and scripting ads for YouTube and paid social.

Experience developing organic social content and collaborating with creators, customers, or influencers.

Ability to contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

Experience with AI products, voice technology, user research, or SEO is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €65,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
