About the Role
This is a high-ownership content role focused entirely on the German-speaking market, sitting at the intersection of brand, performance, and product marketing. You will define the brand voice and content strategy that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and trust an AI-powered communication platform built for SMEs. The work you do directly shapes how a fast-growing B2B SaaS product is understood and adopted across a key growth market.
What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.

Write and manage website copy and landing pages optimised for conversion in German.

Produce high-performing copy across paid channels, including search and display.

Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms.

Develop and execute organic social content strategies across relevant platforms.

Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.

Run A/B tests and use performance data to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.

Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging alongside the broader team.

Conduct user research to surface insights that sharpen marketing communication.
What We're Looking For

4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing roles.

Native German proficiency with outstanding marketing writing skills; fluent English for internal communication.

Solid background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing and using analytics to improve messaging.

Experience scripting video and social ad creatives.

Track record of building and executing organic content strategies across social platforms.

Experience collaborating with external creators and influencers to produce content.

Familiarity with product positioning and go-to-market strategy work.

Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus; experience marketing AI or voice technology products is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 65,000 to 85,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
