What You'll Do

Use quantitative and engineering skills to develop practical solutions to data science and AI/ML problems.

Work through ambiguous challenges and help turn early-stage ideas into useful technical output.

Use agentic AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflow.

What We're Looking For

Approximately 5 to 10 or more years of relevant technical experience.

A strong quantitative foundation, such as a rigorous degree in mathematics or a related field, or equivalent depth.

Experience in a technical role such as AI engineering, machine learning, software engineering, or data science. A data science job title is not required.

Prior experience as an early startup hire, ideally in a team of 1 to 15, with hands-on work in a zero-to-one environment.

Daily experience with agentic AI coding tools or comparable development tools.

Comfort working at a fast pace, with a high level of ownership and intensity.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Berlin.
