About the Role
We're an early-stage ambient AI and personal productivity startup building a continuous system of context, memory, and intelligence designed to seamlessly integrate into daily life. We're looking for a Design Director to shape how our company is seen and experienced across every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on creative and strategic role — you'll own the visual identity, drive brand execution, and establish the design principles that scale as we grow. There is real potential for leadership growth as the team expands. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and narratives that move markets and serve our mission.
This role is fully remote with flexibility to travel globally as needed.
What You'll Do

Develop and evolve the company's visual identity across brand, marketing, product, communications, and content.

Translate brand strategy into visuals, campaigns, narratives, and customer experiences that resonate.

Create high-quality visual assets including launch materials, presentations, campaigns, social content, web pages, and brand collateral.

Build design concepts that make complex technology clear, accessible, and culturally relevant.

Shape visual storytelling for key company moments and establish design principles that enable scalable, consistent branding.

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to support business goals and maintain brand consistency.

Influence overall company perception through strong creative taste and strategic judgment.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:

8+ years of design experience specializing in brand identity, visual systems, campaigns, and creative direction.

Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into visual systems, campaigns, narratives, and customer experiences.

Proficiency creating high-quality assets across launch materials, presentations, social, web, and brand content.

Experience developing and evolving visual identity systems across multiple channels (brand, marketing, product, communications).

Ability to establish design principles and visual storytelling frameworks that scale across an organization.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Product, and Leadership stakeholders.

Deep understanding of brand as a strategic business function and how it shapes market perception and product experience.

A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution of brand systems and design concepts.

Proven comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with high design standards.
Nice to have:

Prior experience with luxury, DTC (direct-to-consumer), wellness, or technology brands.

Experience designing concepts that make complex or emerging technology feel intuitive and culturally relevant.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 USD annually
