About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing role at a Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI startup, responsible for owning and scaling AI transformation across the DACH region from Munich. You'll work closely with founding leadership to help large enterprises become AI-native operators — acting as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite executives and building high-impact agent deployments that drive measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
-
Lead the full regional rollout across DACH, owning outcomes end-to-end from Munich.
-
Serve as the primary AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.
-
Run accounts like consulting engagements: stakeholder mapping, diagnostic, roadmap, rollout, and measurable results.
-
Diagnose where AI creates the most leverage and identify the highest-value automation use cases per customer.
-
Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then scale adoption org-wide.
-
Host executive workshops, briefings, and strategy-oriented QBRs to engage senior leadership.
-
Navigate complex enterprise politics — find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
-
Represent customer needs to product and engineering, prioritising what matters and pushing back when necessary.
-
Help build and grow the regional team as the company expands across Europe.
-
Continuously automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years of relevant experience in enterprise AI transformation, top-tier consulting, or an AI-native company.
-
Proven track record leading C-level engagements and large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
-
Hands-on AI expertise: shipping production agents, model routing, evaluation design, data residency, and enterprise integration architecture.
-
Experience building and deploying agent workflows in enterprise AI platforms.
-
Commercially sharp, with experience in renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
-
Experience building and leading a regional team.
-
Native-level German fluency — essential for this role.
-
Based in Munich or ready to relocate.
-
High agency, fast decision-making, low ego, and a willingness to do hands-on work to drive results.
-
Comfortable with frequent customer travel and multi-day on-site engagements.
-
Ex-founder or early startup experience is a plus.
