About the role
We’re seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to build customer-facing software solutions and translate clinical and operational needs into shipped software. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team with a strong emphasis on customer collaboration and practical problem-solving.
What you’ll do

Develop front-end and back-end features using TypeScript, React, Deno, Node, and SQL.

Work directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.

Deploy and operate services on AWS and troubleshoot production issues.

Travel frequently for on-site customer engagements and deployments.

Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping; move ideas to shipped code.

Support team logistics during travel and ensure smooth customer experiences.
What we’re looking for

Experience with the stack: TypeScript, SQL, React, Deno, Node, and AWS.

Willingness to work in-person in Miami; open to relocation from anywhere in the U.S.

Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa.

Strong customer-facing communication and ability to collaborate with clinical or operational teams.

High emotional maturity and a reliable, hands-on build style.

Strong ability to ship reliable software quickly; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & benefits
Base salary: $80,000–$130,000 annually, with a total compensation target in the range of $120,000–$150,000 when including benefits, equity, and travel-related allowances where applicable.
Location
Primary location: Miami, Florida, United States. This is an on-site role with travel to customer sites as needed. Visa sponsorship is not available.
