About the Role
Work closely with a founding team at an AI-enabled recruiting startup to help connect ambitious candidates with career opportunities at venture-backed startups. This role supports the candidate experience and helps improve the workflows behind talent matching.
What You'll Do

Support candidates through the talent-matching process and help connect them with relevant startup opportunities.

Manage candidate relationships and contribute to a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.

Take ownership of operational workflows and identify ways to improve or automate processes.

Contribute to recruiting, talent acquisition, and social media initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For

Zero to four years of experience, including at least three months of internship experience and experience in a company setting.

A completed bachelor's degree and evidence of strong academic performance, substantial projects, or relevant contributions.

Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, sales, or venture capital.

Familiarity with venture-backed startups and hiring practices; recruiting, candidate relations, workflow automation, or social media experience is helpful.

Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and commit to a six-day work week for the internship.
