About the Role
Join a small, fast-moving operations team at an early-stage AI logistics technology startup. This high-ownership internship spans internal systems, recruiting, funding research, and go-to-market work, helping the team grow and bring AI-powered tools to freight operations.
What You'll Do

Build and manage internal systems, websites, and operational tools.

Lead recruiting activities and support new team member onboarding.

Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring AI tools to customers.

Identify, research, and pursue grants and other non-dilutive funding opportunities.

Take on varied strategic and execution-focused projects that move the business forward.
What We're Looking For

Approximately 0 to 4 years of experience, including generalist work in an early-stage startup or another high-ownership environment.

A technical background or a strong understanding of AI and software systems.

Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Experience building or managing internal systems, websites, or operational tools.

Experience with recruiting workflows, funding research, or go-to-market support.

Curiosity about startups and AI, a bias toward action, and the ability to take ownership in an evolving environment.

Experience with AI agents, logistics, APIs, or system integrations is useful but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €2,400 per month. Visa sponsorship is not available, so candidates must have local work authorization.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. The internship is expected to start in Q4 2026.
