About the Role
This is a rare early commercial hire working directly alongside the CEO of an early-stage AI enterprise SaaS company. With a strong sales focus, you'll span sales, operations, and company building — playing a meaningful role in shaping how the business grows from the ground up.
What You'll Do

Drive sales activities end-to-end, from outreach and pipeline development to closing deals with enterprise clients.

Work directly with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities across the business.

Contribute to company-building initiatives as one of the first commercial team members.

Engage with clients in both German and English across meetings, communications, and presentations.

Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code / Cursor) to move quickly and build or iterate on internal tools and workflows.

Support web and content presence using CMS and design tools where needed.
What We're Looking For

1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally in a consultancy or startup environment.

Fluent in both German and English — essential for client-facing work and internal communication.

Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor (required).

Has independently built something before — a product, startup, side project, community, or audience.

Background at a professional services firm (e.g. management consulting) or an early-stage tech company is a strong signal.

Familiarity with CMS and design tools such as Framer, Webflow, or Figma is a notable plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation of €130,000 (base plus sales-related variable), with 0.5–1% equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
