Founders Associate

About the Role This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founding team of a fast-growing, AI-native B2B Go-To-Market agency based in Berlin. We serve a growing roster of B2B tech clients across the DACH region, helping them generate qualified pipeline through performance marketing, signal-based outreach, and data-driven automation — and we've scaled to a strong team of 30+ since 2024. As Founders Associate , you'll own strategic projects end-to-end from day one, serve as a trusted sparring partner to the founders, and play a central role in shaping how we build and scale the business. This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career operator who wants to learn what it truly takes to build a company. What You'll Do Own strategic projects independently from ideation through execution, building scalable processes using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and Claude . Take full ownership of financial planning — budgeting, forecasting, and building processes for sustainable growth. Identify operational bottlenecks and drive AI-powered automation of workflows (Claude Code and similar tools). Build robust Business Intelligence structures (e.g. Snowflake, Looker Studio) to create a data-driven foundation for decision-making. Act as a strategic sparring partner to founders on key business decisions, bringing your own structured perspective. Develop and launch new business initiatives and Go-to-Market strategies from concept to live execution. Create clarity on complex topics through rigorous analysis, structured decision frameworks, and actionable plans. Mentor team members and interns , setting the standard for quality and a proactive mindset. What We're Looking For Must-haves: German language proficiency at C2 level or native speaker; fluent English (written and spoken) 1–3 years of professional experience in a fast-moving environment (startup, consulting, venture capital, or similar) Hands-on experience building and managing operational processes with automation and AI tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Claude, or equivalent) Practical experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a business context Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree Strongly preferred: Experience managing and mentoring team members or interns Demonstrated ability to build data-driven insights and BI structures (Snowflake, Looker Studio, or similar) Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies or new business initiatives from scratch Proficiency in structured analysis and building clear decision frameworks for complex problems Nice to have: Background in B2B SaaS or B2B technology companies Experience with AI-native tooling and Claude Code for process automation Previous experience working directly with founders or in an early-stage company Who thrives here: You're goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
