About the Role
This is a founding hire opportunity to build and lead the Account Management function at a fast-moving fintech infrastructure company serving global banks and financial institutions with programmable dollar accounts, payments, and stablecoin rails. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll own the full post-sale lifecycle — from onboarding through revenue ramp — and directly shape the commercial playbook as the company scales.
What You'll Do
-
Build the Account Management function from scratch, defining processes, KPIs, and success metrics.
-
Lead customer onboarding and integrations post-contract, coordinating across product, operations, compliance, and engineering.
-
Own day-to-day customer relationships to accelerate revenue ramp, surface product feedback, and prevent churn.
-
Design and execute upsell strategies and coordinate new product launches with cross-functional teams.
-
Project-manage complex stakeholder scenarios involving C-suite executives, founders, and shareholders.
-
Build automation and tooling to minimize manual work and increase repeatability across onboarding and account management workflows.
-
Feed customer insights directly into the product roadmap to shape prioritization and enhancements.

-
Experience managing post-sale onboarding and integrations across product, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead senior, cross-functional audiences.
-
Systems-first mindset with a bias toward automation, scalable processes, and CRM/CS tooling.
-
Background in financial products, banking, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
-
Experience managing C-suite and board-level relationships in a commercial context.
-
Comfortable making high-stakes decisions under pressure and maintaining high quality standards.
-
Familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or crypto-native clearing infrastructure is a plus.
-
Experience in regulated banking environments or compliance-heavy onboarding workflows is a plus.
-
Based in New York City or willing to relocate; comfortable traveling globally (US, Europe, APAC, LATAM).
