About the Role
Join the sales team at an early-stage voice AI company as its founding Business Development Representative. You will generate pipeline, help shape a repeatable go-to-market motion, and grow into closing deals end-to-end as the team scales.
What You'll Do

Generate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.

Identify and engage prospects who could benefit from voice AI solutions.

Build and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Develop and refine outreach strategies and repeatable sales processes.

Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tools and records.

Take on end-to-end deal closing as your performance develops.
What We're Looking For

Sales experience in a startup or other fast-moving environment, with a record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.

Experience selling a product or service and driving outreach across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone.

Experience managing CRM tools and customer relationships.

Strong business sense and the ability to understand the needs and challenges of different companies.

Fluency in both English and German, with excellent communication skills.

A hands-on approach, comfort with direct customer interaction, and the ability to take ownership in an on-site team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
