-
Set technical direction and establish engineering practices as the team grows.
-
Ship improvements regularly to customers using the product in real businesses.
What We're Looking For
-
At least 2 years of experience shipping production software, or an equivalent track record as a founder, solo builder, or exceptional early-career engineer.
-
Experience building and operating LLM or AI agent systems used by real customers.
-
Full-stack range, including the ability to work across backend services, infrastructure, and user interfaces.
-
Experience scaling a working product and making technical decisions with a high degree of ownership.
-
Familiarity with agent orchestration, memory, evaluations, verification, or multi-agent workflows is valuable.
-
A track record of shipping quickly and explaining the technical challenges behind systems you have built.
