About the Role This is a build-the-engine-from-scratch opportunity at a well-backed, early-stage AI infrastructure company building graph-native context and memory for AI agents. The platform delivers persistent context via a GraphDB on object storage — with semantic search, git-style temporal versioning, and entity resolution — purpose-built for modern AI workloads. You will be the first GTM hire , sitting directly next to the CEO on deal strategy and positioning, and the first person accountable to a revenue number. GTM spans three lanes: enterprise anchor deals, pilot programs, and PLG self-serve. The ICP is Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies. If you've wanted to build a GTM motion from zero at a company with genuine technical differentiation, this is that role. What You'll Do Own end-to-end pipeline: sourcing, qualifying, closing, and expanding deals across all GTM lanes Run outbound to Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies Drive enterprise deal cycles from first call to signed contract Design and iterate on the GTM motion — identifying what works, what doesn't, and how to scale it Collaborate closely with the CEO on positioning, deal strategy, and ICP refinement Align activity across enterprise anchors, pilots, and PLG self-serve in parallel What We're Looking For Required: Early-stage GTM experience with direct, end-to-end revenue ownership — ideally at a developer tools or infrastructure company Proven track record sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder cycles Outbound prospecting experience targeting engineering leadership at AI/ML companies Technical enough to have credible conversations with engineering leaders Builder mentality: you create structure, you don't follow it Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging and value propositions Ability to work in-person in San Francisco Nice to Have: Prior experience selling to AI engineering teams Experience running PLG and enterprise motions simultaneously Existing network in the Bay Area AI/ML ecosystem Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 annually Meaningful equity — early employee ownership in a well-differentiated product Flexible PTO Learning budget: books, courses, conferences, and compute Wellness programs and daily meals in the office Top-tier hardware and software Periodic team offsites Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
