About the Role
This is a founding GTM role at an early-stage generative AI startup building next-generation models for human-centered image and video creation. You will own end-to-end go-to-market execution for professional creatives, working directly with the founding team to turn product capability into commercial traction and establish a repeatable GTM playbook. The role carries high ownership and broad scope, making it a rare opportunity to shape customer relationships, positioning, and feedback loops from the ground up.
What You'll Do
-
Own early GTM execution across community, content, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
-
Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers in creator, studio, and agency segments.
-
Recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and testing cycles.
-
Drive early commercial conversations, demos, pilots, and structured market feedback channels.
-
Collaborate with product leadership on positioning, messaging, ICP definition, and pricing.
-
Deliver clear, structured market feedback to accelerate product decision-making.
-
Track the competitive landscape of generative AI creative tools, workflows, and user expectations.
-
Represent the company externally with credibility, strong EQ, and confident storytelling.
What We're Looking For
-
4 to 8+ years in GTM, partnerships, growth, or client-facing roles at startups or fast-moving environments.
-
Proven experience in at least one motion: B2B partnerships or sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (community or creator funnels).
-
3+ years serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios.
-
1 to 2+ years of hands-on exposure to generative AI products and workflows, with comfort using AI tools daily.
-
Full-cycle sales experience: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and building CRM and outbound sequences from scratch.
-
Strong product-led growth expertise, ideally from a motion similar to leading collaborative or creative SaaS tools.
-
Hands-on, individual-contributor orientation suited to a founding role, rather than a purely senior leadership profile.
-
Existing network and relationships within the creative industry.
-
Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, early-stage settings and selling a product still being built.
-
US-based (New York preferred) or based in Zurich or Warsaw.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base salary: $150,000 to $185,000 USD annually.
-
Visa sponsorship: available where applicable.
Location
Fully remote, with New York, NY as the preferred primary location. Candidates based in Western Europe (Zurich or Warsaw) are also welcome. Occasional travel is expected.
