About the Role
As the first full-time designer at a seed-stage AI customer service SaaS company, you will own the end-to-end design process for an AI-first B2B product. You will work directly with customers and alongside product and engineering teammates to shape core experiences and help the product grow.
What You'll Do

Talk with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that address real problems.

Own the design process for new features, from early concepts through launch.

Identify AI product opportunities, develop concepts, and prototype ideas with customers.

Create intuitive interfaces for AI-first workflows where traditional UI patterns may not apply.

Partner closely with engineers to ship high-quality features quickly.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience on product design teams.

Experience collaborating with software engineers and enough technical understanding to discuss trade-offs pragmatically.

Hands-on familiarity with AI or LLMs and a strong interest in building AI-native software.

Proficiency with prototyping and design tools such as Lovable, V0, Figma Make, and Figma.

Experience conducting customer interviews or using customer feedback to shape products.

A track record of designing products with direct business impact and collaborating across product and engineering.

A portfolio included with your CV, ideally showing software UX/UI work, fast iteration, and customer-centered design.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $85,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is an on-site role based in Berlin, Germany.
