About the Role
A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed AI SaaS startup is hiring its first Product Manager to own the what and why behind an AI-first B2B product. Working directly alongside the CPO and engineering team, you'll transform real customer pain into intuitive, high-adoption solutions that save customers meaningful time every day.
This is a foundational, high-impact role. You'll shape core workflows, drive product direction, and be the connective tissue between customers, engineering, and design — from day one.
What You'll Do
-
Own the full product development cycle — from discovery and hypothesis validation through to rollout — with a relentless focus on adoption and measurable customer time savings.
-
Speak directly with customers regularly to surface problems, synthesize feedback from internal teams, and translate insight into crisp, actionable requirements.
-
Define and validate product hypotheses with customers; build rapid prototypes to test ideas quickly and confidently.
-
Design intuitive, AI-first product experiences tailored to non-technical end users in complex B2B workflows.
-
Prioritize, scope, and ship new features in close collaboration with engineering and design.
-
Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and training content that empowers customers to get the most out of every new feature.
-
Make complex B2B workflows effortless through thoughtful, iterative product decisions.
What We're Looking For

-
2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer with a strong track record delivering AI-first, complex B2B SaaS products.
-
Proven ability to speak directly with customers and turn messy, unstructured feedback into clear product requirements.
-
Highly proficient with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude) and prototyping tools such as Figma.
-
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced early-stage startup — motivated to build from scratch with minimal process.
-
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
-
Based in Munich or willing to relocate — this role is fully on-site.
Nice to Have:
-
Domain knowledge in AI-enabled software for technical suppliers or distributors in construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related industrial sectors.
-
Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Python to prototype independently or collaborate closely with engineers.
Location
This role is fully on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be based in Munich or prepared to relocate. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
