About the Role
Join the Growth team at an early-stage AI voice software company as its founding Sales Development Representative. You will generate and own pipeline, help establish a repeatable sales playbook, and grow into full-cycle deal ownership as you build experience and deliver results.
What You'll Do

Identify prospective customers and generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.

Engage prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and build relationships with potential customers.

Manage pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

Help shape go-to-market strategy, refine outreach, and build a repeatable sales process.

Progress toward owning and closing deals end to end based on performance.

Contribute to developing the sales playbook and growing the sales team.
What We're Looking For

Direct sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.

Comfort with high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn, as well as managing a CRM pipeline.

Strong business sense and an ability to understand different companies' needs.

Fluent German at C2 or near-native level, and professional English proficiency at B2 to C1.

A hands-on, collaborative approach and willingness to take on practical day-to-day sales work.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
This is an on-site role, five days per week, in Berlin, Germany.
