About the Role
Join a fast-moving, product-focused engineering team building AI-powered software that automates sales workflows for distributors and manufacturers. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own systems end-to-end — from architecture decisions to production deployment — and play a meaningful role in shaping the technical foundation of a growing B2B AI SaaS platform.
What You'll Do

Own the architecture and design of AI systems, from initial concept through to production.

Collaborate across the full stack with a team of engineers to ship high-quality features.

Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.

Deploy and manage software in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Make the backend scalable, stable, and performant as the product grows.

Develop reusable components and well-structured API layers.

Write clean, maintainable code backed by sensible testing strategies.
What We're Looking For

Proficiency building end-to-end AI-powered web applications with Next.js/React on the frontend and Python on the backend.

Strong TypeScript skills in frontend development.

Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD practices.

Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.

Experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for processing large-scale unstructured data.

Proven ability to own architecture and design decisions with clear documentation and code quality standards.

A product-minded mindset with a track record of shipping complex web applications.

Hands-on experience with ML/NLP technologies — including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF — and deploying ML components in production is a strong plus.

Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €90,000 – €200,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany. No remote option is available.
