About the Role A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed B2B SaaS startup in the AI-powered sales automation space is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build AI systems end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone with a founder mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves shipping complex, production-grade web applications. You'll be a core part of a small, product-focused engineering team delivering scalable, AI-powered software to distributors and manufacturers across industries like construction supply chain, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. What You'll Do Own the architecture and design of AI systems from concept to production. Collaborate with other engineers across the full stack. Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently. Deploy and manage software in cloud environments. Make the backend scalable, stable, and efficient. Develop scalable and reusable components and API structures. Write clean, maintainable code with sensible testing practices. What We're Looking For Required: Proficiency in building end-to-end AI-powered web applications using Next.js/React on the frontend and Python on the backend. Demonstrated product-minded mindset with a track record of shipping complex web applications. Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ) and modern CI/CD practices. Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with ML/NLP technologies, including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF, and deploying ML components in production. Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production environments. Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 – $200,000 USD annually, depending on experience. Opportunity to have significant technical impact at an early-stage, well-funded startup. Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Location This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany . Candidates must be able to work on-site and be authorized to work in Germany.
