What You'll Do

Lead consultative conversations with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend relevant solutions.

What We're Looking For

Professional German proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Experience in business development, sales development, or a sales role.

Experience leading client-facing consultative sales conversations and advising prospects rather than relying on scripts.

Experience managing sales pipelines and tracking deal progress in a CRM or equivalent system.

Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy or market entry planning.

Background in legal technology, legal services, or B2B SaaS is valuable.

Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity, rapid decisions, and minimal process overhead.
