About the Role
Join the commercial team at an AI-powered procurement software company as a hands-on GTM Lead. You will use strategic procurement expertise to build enterprise relationships, create opportunities, and close deals across Germany.
What You'll Do

Originate commercial opportunities and lead them from initial engagement through to close.

Build relationships with executives and procurement leaders at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.

Lead consultative discovery on procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.

Run customer and partner workshops that connect procurement expertise to commercial opportunities.

Help sales, business development, and deployment colleagues communicate credibly with procurement teams.

Represent the company in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Share customer, market, and competitive insights to inform product and company strategy.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of practical experience in strategic procurement. Three to five years is preferred, with more experience welcome.

Experience working with large German enterprises and Mittelstand companies, and positioning offerings within strategic procurement programs.

Experience engaging directly with C-level executives and procurement leaders.

Fluency in German and English.

Commercial drive, ownership, and comfort working in a changing, founder-led environment.

Experience originating, advancing, and closing commercial opportunities, plus leading consultative customer conversations.
