About the Role
Join the commercial team at an AI-powered procurement software company as a hands-on GTM Lead. You will turn strategic procurement expertise into enterprise opportunities, leading deals from initial conversations through close and activation.
What You'll Do

Build relationships with C-level executives and procurement leaders at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.

Lead consultative discovery around procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.

Create and advance commercial opportunities, positioning the platform within customers' strategic procurement programs.

Run customer and partner workshops that connect procurement challenges to business opportunities.

Enable sales, business development, and deployment colleagues to engage credibly with procurement stakeholders.

Represent the company in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Share customer, market, and competitive insights with the product and company teams.
What We're Looking For

At least three years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement, ideally three to five years.

Experience working with large German enterprises and Mittelstand organizations on strategic procurement topics.

Experience engaging C-level executives and procurement leaders, not only category managers.

Fluency in German and English.

Commercial drive, a strong sense of ownership, and comfort working in a changing environment.
