About the Role
This is a rare, high-ownership opportunity at one of Europe's fastest-scaling AI startups. As Head of Growth, you will serve as the strategic architect of the entire growth engine — owning the critical intersection of Marketing and Product, managing a substantial seven-figure monthly budget, and reporting directly to the CEO. Your work will directly influence over 90% of company revenue.
The company is a well-funded (Seed/Series A range), European-headquartered AI SaaS business building intelligent phone communication tools for small and medium-sized enterprises. With ~50 employees today and aggressive hiring targets, this is a pivotal moment to shape the growth story from the ground up.
What You'll Do

Own end-to-end Marketing and Product-Marketing initiatives: brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and full-funnel optimization.

Carry full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly marketing budget.

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists — through hiring, coaching, and organizational design.

Define the overall growth strategy and set key performance indicators, with direct visibility to the CEO.

Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
What We're Looking For
Required:

Proven track record leading and scaling a team of Marketing professionals in a global or multi-market context.

Prior success in a senior Marketing or Growth leadership role at a high-growth B2B or PLG SaaS company — ideally in the AI space.

In-house experience at a fast-growing startup (not exclusively agency or consulting).

Comfort owning and optimizing a seven-figure budget with clear accountability for results.

Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work on-site in one of the company's office locations (Vienna, Munich, Barcelona, or London).
Nice to Have:

Experience at a company that scaled from early-stage to significant ARR.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €120,000 – €250,000 annually, depending on experience.

Direct reporting line to the CEO with meaningful ownership over budget, team, and strategy.
Location
This is an on-site role, primarily based in Vienna, Austria. Candidates who can work on-site in Munich, Barcelona, or London will also be considered. Remote-only arrangements are not available for this position.
