About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and owning production AI agents that automate repetitive, high-volume work for enterprise customers. You'll sit at the intersection of AI engineering and customer-facing product development, turning observed real-world workflows into reliable, deployable automations that save teams meaningful hours every week.
What You'll Do
-
Convert observed customer workflows into autonomous AI agents that perform work end-to-end.
-
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their operations and identify high-value automation opportunities.
-
Ship automations that replace repetitive manual tasks and measurably improve team efficiency.
-
Own production AI agents through the full lifecycle: build, deploy, monitor, and iterate.
-
Run experiments with new models and techniques, benchmark results, and ship what demonstrably works.
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of experience in ML/AI product development, with a strong track record shipping production-grade AI agents.
-
Proven experience deploying LLM-based systems in production — this is a dealbreaker requirement.
-
Strong Python programming skills; comfort across the full AI agent development and delivery lifecycle.
-
Experience turning observed or documented workflows into deployable AI automations.
-
Ability to own problems end-to-end and operate effectively in small, fast-moving early-stage teams.
-
Comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate quickly on solutions.
-
Experience designing AI interfaces for human-AI collaboration is a plus.
-
Familiarity with observability and monitoring for AI systems (metrics, dashboards, alerts) is a plus.
