About the Role Join a well-funded, early-stage B2B SaaS company bringing AI agents to a highly specialised professional services industry. In this hands-on engineering role you will turn real-world workflow observations into production-grade AI automations that save practitioners hours of repetitive manual effort. You'll work directly with customers, own systems end-to-end, and ship fast — experimentation and measurable impact are core to how the team operates. What You'll Do Design and build AI agents that autonomously perform observed, repetitive workflows. Work closely with customers to understand their operations and surface high-value automation opportunities. Own production AI agents across the full lifecycle: build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve. Run structured experiments with new models and techniques, benchmark results, and ship what works. Ship automations that deliver measurable efficiency gains for end users. What We're Looking For Must-haves (dealbreakers): 5+ years of experience in ML/AI product development building and delivering production-grade AI agents. Proven track record shipping LLM-based systems in production. End-to-end ownership of production AI agents (build → deploy → monitor → improve). Required skills & experience: Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience deploying LLMs and AI agents at production scale. Experience turning observed workflows into deployable AI automations and delivering complete end-to-end AI solutions. Comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions. Product-minded approach to designing AI × Human interfaces and practical automation systems. Nice to have: Experience designing interfaces for human–AI collaboration. Structured experimentation with new models/techniques and benchmarking methodologies. Observability and monitoring for AI systems (metrics, dashboards, alerts). Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in early-stage, fast-moving teams. Location This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany . Candidates must be willing to work from the Munich office.
