What You'll Do
-
Improve agents that build and maintain workflows using browser automation tools.
-
Scale worker orchestration, job queues, and real-time coordination to support substantially more daily runs.
-
Build APIs, SDKs, and observability tools that help customers understand and resolve automation failures.
-
Ship features across the frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure based on customer feedback.
-
Set engineering standards and help shape the team's approach as it grows.
-
Own production systems end to end and help keep them reliable when issues arise.
What We're Looking For
-
At least 2 years of engineering experience, including ownership of systems through production operations.
-
Proficiency in full-stack development and AWS services, with comfort working across cloud infrastructure.
-
Experience shipping and operating production software, and taking responsibility for system reliability.
-
Background in a founding, infrastructure leadership, or product engineering role, with demonstrated ability to make technical decisions and deliver in ambiguous environments.
-
Experience with distributed systems, healthcare data, or browser automation is valuable.
