Operations Intern → Full-Time

About the Role This is a hands-on operations role at an early-stage healthtech startup — not a shadow-and-slide-decks internship. You'll report directly to a founder and own real parts of the business from day one, with a clear path to a full-time position after 3–6 months. The mission: automate manual work away and help scale the operation without scaling the headcount. What You'll Do Own the customer experience end-to-end — onboarding, scheduling, results delivery, and retention. Coordinate with lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe. Build internal tooling and automations using n8n, Make, Notion, Linear, Airtable, Zapier, and Python scripts. Identify manual or broken processes and eliminate them — if it can be automated, automate it. Help design and document the operational playbook to support significant customer growth. What We're Looking For 0–2 years of experience; strong academic or early-career background in a rigorous field. Automation-first mindset — you reach for tools and scripts before spreadsheets and manual effort. Comfortable working across no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Airtable, Notion, Zapier) and basic scripting (Python). Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving early-stage environment. Fluent in German (required) and English. Available to work fully on-site in Berlin, five days a week. Compensation & Benefits Salary: €30,000 – €36,000 per year.
