About the Role
This role leads paid acquisition on Google Ads for a fast-growing AI-powered communication platform targeting SMEs across international markets. You'll sit within the Performance Marketing team, owning budget, tracking, and campaign strategy end-to-end — with direct impact on the company's growth trajectory.
What You'll Do

Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.

Manage large monthly paid budgets (~€150k+, scaling toward €1M/month) with full accountability for performance outcomes.

Own end-to-end tracking and conversion setup using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.

Design and run systematic experiments across campaign structures and landing pages, extracting clear learnings and iterating quickly.

Adapt campaign strategies to the dynamics of different regional markets.

Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers to align on growth priorities.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience running and scaling international Google Ads campaigns with an understanding of cross-market differences.

Demonstrated experience managing large Google Ads budgets (€150k+ monthly) and driving performance at scale.

Hands-on ownership of tracking and attribution setup — Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline conversion uploads are must-haves.

Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with a bias for structured testing and iterative optimization.

Experience extracting insights from performance data and translating them into measurable impact.

Excellent English communication skills; German is a meaningful bonus.

Background in SaaS, AI, or high-growth startup environments is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €65,000 – €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
