About the Role
This role sits at the heart of a growth-focused B2B performance marketing agency, where you'll take full ownership of paid media accounts — managing seven- to eight-figure annual budgets on behalf of a diverse client portfolio. You'll be a key driver of client results, working within a strong team and proven processes that support fast professional growth.
What You'll Do

Own entire advertiser accounts end-to-end and make independent strategic decisions about account development.

Plan and build new paid media accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex industries.

Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads — with the option to specialize in one or more channels.

Monitor all relevant KPIs closely and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or untapped growth potential.
What We're Looking For

1–6 years of hands-on experience in paid media, covering both Paid Search and Paid Social.

Proficiency across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Demonstrated experience building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.

Ability to independently manage accounts and large budgets with confidence.

German language proficiency at C2 or native level (required).

Analytical and proactive working style with a sharp eye for performance data.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €50,000 – €80,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
