About the Role
Join a B2B performance marketing agency as a Performance Marketing Manager, running paid campaigns for multiple clients. You will work closely with Growth Consultants and GTM Engineers to generate qualified leads and improve campaign performance.
What You'll Do

Own client advertising accounts and make decisions that guide their ongoing development.

Plan new account structures and quickly learn each client's business and market.

Set up, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Meta.

Monitor campaign KPIs, tracking, and reporting, and act on performance issues and opportunities.
What We're Looking For

At least one year of hands-on performance marketing experience.

Experience independently setting up and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Experience owning advertising accounts and managing at least five figures in monthly ad spend.

A track record in B2B lead generation, with results measured through metrics such as CPL, ROAS, or pipeline.

Fluent English and native-level German.

Confidence with conversion tracking and reporting; experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, agency clients, or AI tools is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is €50,000 to €70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
