About the Role
We're a small, fast-moving team building an AI-powered pricing platform that helps B2B SaaS companies transform pricing from a static exercise into a continuously optimized, revenue-generating system. As a Pricing Architect, you'll be the expert at the center of our customer engagements — owning outcomes end-to-end, from initial discovery through live pricing models and ongoing optimization. You'll work directly with customers and our AI-native pricing engine every day, and your feedback will directly shape the product roadmap.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role in a small team where your work will define how we deliver value to customers and how we scale our go-to-market motion. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
What You'll Do

Own pricing engagements end-to-end — from discovery and alignment workshops through live pricing models and post-launch optimization.

Lead customer engagements independently, running market research and stakeholder alignment sessions with operators and executives.

Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting logic, and monetization structures tailored to each customer's context.

Drive continuous value capture and pricing optimization as customers scale after go-live.

Act as a trusted pricing advisor to C-level and cross-functional stakeholders, setting expectations and measuring impact.

Identify and convert expansion opportunities into upsells within existing accounts.

Use our AI-native pricing platform daily to solve real customer problems and deliver concrete commercial value.

Provide continuous, specific product feedback to improve AI recommendations and guide engineering priorities.

Partner with product and engineering to sharpen pricing tools and the underlying engine.

Support rollout and change management, including onboarding sales teams to improve execution.

Capture and document learnings to build a repeatable, scalable Pricing Architect practice.

Participate in sales pitches and help identify and advance prospective customer deals.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:

5–7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management — with a track record of delivering pricing or monetization solutions in Tier-1 strategy consulting, or in tech/SaaS pricing roles.

Deep expertise across the full pricing toolkit: segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting structures, and willingness-to-pay methods.

Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end pricing engagements — owning multiple engagements from concept through live model.

Hands-on, current use of GenAI/LLM tools in day-to-day pricing work, with the ability to steer AI-driven projects.

Proficiency with data analysis using spreadsheets and SQL to support and validate pricing decisions.

Professional fluency in English.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year

This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be willing to work from our San Francisco office. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
