About the Role
Join a product engineering team building autonomous software for the construction industry. You will take product ideas from initial hypothesis through deployment, helping operationally complex businesses turn fragmented workflows into structured, real-time systems.
What You'll Do

Design, build, and ship autonomous agents that solve real operational problems.

Own product initiatives from agent logic and backend development through frontend delivery and customer iteration.

Work directly with customers to validate solutions and improve products based on real-world feedback.

Build procurement and contract management capabilities, and pursue other product ideas that create significant customer value.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up, with products you owned and shipped end to end.

Experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.

Strong TypeScript skills and proficiency with NestJS for backend development and React for frontend development.

Experience owning product work across backend, frontend, and customer collaboration.

Full spoken and written proficiency in German and English.

Experience with GCP, Flutter, Hasura or GraphQL APIs, or construction, logistics, and other operationally complex industries is useful.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €80,000 to €120,000 annually, with equity options. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Munich, Germany.
