About the Role A fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform is looking for a talented and proactive Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the team full-time and on-site in Berlin. This is an early-stage opportunity to work at the heart of the product — owning features end-to-end, collaborating closely with the CPO, and shipping AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large enterprise organizations. The company builds a comprehensive, security-first, model-agnostic AI platform that helps enterprises securely adopt and integrate generative AI across their entire operations — spanning chat interfaces, workflow automation, and custom AI agents. The platform is deployed across cloud and on-premise environments and is built with a strong focus on European data compliance and governance. What You'll Do Contribute to the development of product features across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation. Build end-to-end solutions spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers. Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather insights, iterate on features, and refine user flows. Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows. Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience. Participate in Support Engineer rotations — a regular team-wide practice where engineers shift focus to directly support customers and the customer success team. What We're Looking For Must-have: 2+ years of experience in software engineering. Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js . Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS . Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end — from concept to production — in a full-stack environment. Nice to have: Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Experience collaborating closely with a Chief Product Officer or cross-functional product teams to shape product direction. Strong computer science fundamentals and a hunger for rapid learning and adaptation in a fast-moving environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $66,000 – $120,000 per year (USD equivalent) Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Location Berlin, Germany — on-site role; in-person presence is expected.
