About the Role
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for strategic procurement. You will turn complex purchasing data, supplier information, and contracts into practical tools that help customers make better decisions and automate work.
What You'll Do

Talk with customers, understand their needs, and help shape product direction.

Build and own end-to-end features across data models, AI behavior, backend services, and user interfaces.

Create clear interfaces that let users set goals and work with AI agents, including visibility into progress and approval steps.

Ship software, learn from real-world usage, and improve product speed and reliability.

Experiment with AI engineering tools and improve internal workflows.
What We're Looking For

Approximately 1 to 10 years of experience, with scope aligned to mid, senior, or staff level.

Professional, hands-on TypeScript experience across frontend and backend development.

Practical experience building with large language models and strong engineering fundamentals across frontend, backend, and databases.

Experience shipping software to real users, reflecting on post-launch lessons, and owning features end to end.

Experience at a startup or small company.

Familiarity with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, and Python.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €90,000 to €140,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
