About the Role A fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform startup based in Berlin is looking for a Product Marketer to sit at the intersection of product and market. This is a founding-level marketing role where you will translate frequent product releases into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and sales-ready materials — shaping how customers and prospects understand a rapidly evolving product and category. The company builds an all-in-one, enterprise-grade AI platform that helps organisations securely adopt and integrate generative AI across their entire business. With strong ARR growth and a lean, high-calibre team, this is a high-impact role for someone who thrives with ownership and a bias for action. What You'll Do Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels. Turn product updates into compelling stories that explain why new features matter to buyers and users. Develop and maintain positioning that differentiates the product across buyer personas and markets — including enterprise IT leaders and AI leads. Create clear product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers. Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface what users truly value. Enable sales and customer success with messaging frameworks, collateral, and sharp answers to difficult product questions. Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product continue to evolve. Participate in product reviews to stay closely aligned with what is being built and why. Contribute to public-facing demos and presentations when needed. What We're Looking For Must-haves (dealbreakers): 3+ years of product marketing experience delivering go-to-market for software features or products. Proven end-to-end ownership of software product launches, including planning and executing across channels. Ability to explain technical products clearly and simply to non-technical audiences. Required skills & behaviours: Excellent, clear writing skills — clarity over cleverness, with comfort using visuals where helpful. Habit of conducting customer research through conversations, support tickets, and sales call attendance. Strong cross-functional collaboration instincts — comfortable working with product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Experience developing and maintaining product positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to different audience segments. A bias to own problems end-to-end rather than waiting for briefs. Collaborative, kind approach to teammates and customer-facing stakeholders. Nice to have: Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and content synthesis as part of your workflow. Willingness and comfort being on camera or presenting in public-facing demos. Experience targeting or selling into German enterprise IT markets (German Mittelstand). Location & Work Arrangement This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany . Visa sponsorship is not available — candidates must already have the right to work in Germany. Compensation & Benefits Compensation details were not specified for this role. You can expect a competitive package in line with a high-growth, seed-stage B2B SaaS startup in Berlin. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
