About the Role
This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of product and market for a fast-moving enterprise AI platform. You'll translate frequent product releases into sharp positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials — shaping how customers and prospects understand the product as both the platform and the category continue to evolve.
What You'll Do
-
Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.
-
Turn new features and capabilities into compelling narratives that explain why they matter to buyers.
-
Develop and maintain positioning tailored to different buyer personas (e.g., enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads) and markets.
-
Create clear product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.
-
Conduct customer research through conversations, support tickets, and sales calls to surface real user value.
-
Enable sales and customer success with messaging frameworks, collateral, and answers to tough product questions.
-
Participate in product reviews to stay close to what is being built and why.
-
Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market develops.
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years in product marketing with a track record of delivering go-to-market for software features with measurable impact.
-
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product launches — planning, messaging, and executing across channels.
-
Excellent writing skills with a strong bias for clarity over cleverness.
-
Comfortable explaining technical products to non-technical audiences without needing an engineering background.
-
A habit of working directly with customers to uncover value and translate it into marketing and sales assets.
-
Familiarity with AI tools as part of your everyday research, drafting, and synthesis workflow.
-
Cross-functional collaborator — equally effective working with product, design, sales, and customer success teams.
-
Willing and able to appear on camera or present in public-facing demos.
-
Experience targeting German enterprise (Mittelstand) markets is a plus.
