About the Role
This is a founding sales role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building intelligence software for the commercial and industrial (C&I) energy transition — specifically automating ROI, yield, and financial modeling for battery energy storage systems (BESS). You'll be the spearhead of outbound revenue growth, working directly alongside the founders to rapidly expand the customer base across the DACH region and broader Europe.
What You'll Do

Own the full outbound pipeline from prospecting through to booked meetings, independently and end-to-end.

Execute high-volume cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach targeting C-level decision-makers at installers, battery manufacturers, and wholesalers.

Collaborate closely with founders to test and iterate on pitch angles, messaging, and outreach strategies.

Manage and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline using CRM and sales automation tooling.

Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of scalable outbound playbooks.
What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales or a high-velocity sales environment.

Proven track record executing cold outreach campaigns (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) and consistently hitting or exceeding quota.

Experience building and managing outbound pipelines independently, without heavy managerial oversight.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools; familiarity with AI-powered prospecting platforms is a plus.

Native or bilingual German proficiency and fluent English — both are required.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving early-stage environments with a high degree of ownership.

Prior exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage (BESS), or energy markets is a bonus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €60,000 – €80,000 annually, plus an uncapped performance bonus.

Location
On-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel, Germany. Remote work is not available for this role.
