About the Role
You will support an early stage B2B SaaS sales team by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and day-to-day activities that contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will gain practical exposure to AI and SaaS sales processes while working closely with experienced teammates.
What You'll Do

Assist with identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.

Conduct outreach via email and phone to prospective customers under guidance.

Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline management.

Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and bespoke proposals for prospects.

Support coordination of meetings and demos between prospects and account teams.

Track sales metrics and help generate simple reports to inform team decisions.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.
What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field with strong fundamentals in sales and communication

0-2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required

Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are required for the role
