About the Role
This is a hands-on sales internship at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup operating in the commercial & industrial energy storage space. You'll work directly with the founding team to build and drive the outbound sales engine, owning pipeline generation across the DACH region and broader Europe. The role is central to the company's growth ambitions.
What You'll Do

Build direct relationships with C-level decision-makers through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

Take full ownership of the outbound pipeline, tracking and iterating on results independently.

Collaborate closely with founders to test and refine pitch angles and messaging.

Identify and target installers, battery manufacturers, and wholesalers across DACH and Europe.

Leverage AI-powered sales tooling and CRM automation to maximise outreach efficiency.
What We're Looking For

Native or bilingual German speaker with fluent English — both are required.

A proven track record in B2B outbound sales, or a strong, demonstrable drive to master it from the ground up.

Highly self-directed, with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Energetic and competitive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for reaching decision-makers and hitting ambitious targets.

Ability to work on-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel.

Bonus: Familiarity with modern outbound sales tools, or exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage, or energy markets.
