About the Role
You will help build the People and Talent function from the ground up in a fast growing AI software company. This is a founding, high impact role reporting to the leadership team and focused on shaping hiring, onboarding, and workforce development as the company scales.
What You'll Do

Own end to end recruiting and partner with leaders to define role expectations and org design.

Source and close exceptional candidates across functions with a strong focus on early talent and critical hires.

Design scalable hiring processes, analytics, and operating rhythms to enable fast, high quality hiring.

Shape onboarding, performance calibration, career progression, and compensation benchmarking over time.

Develop and promote an employer brand to attract top talent in the region and beyond.

Build a network across universities and technical communities to grow the talent pipeline.

Experiment with AI tools and new workflows to increase recruiting velocity and quality.

Maintain high hiring standards and contribute to a culture focused on retention and development.
What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in Talent, Performance, or org development at a high growth startup or scaleup.

End to end recruiting experience plus ability to design scalable processes and analytics.

Strong storytelling and relationship building with a track record of sourcing and closing senior candidates.

Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment with new recruiting workflows.

Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Interest in growing into broader People leadership as the company scales.
Compensation & Benefits
